Can I use the Xcaret Sale code for a visit tomorrow?
Not online. Sale visits start on the third day after purchase. Orders placed by phone or at official sales booths have no minimum advance purchase, and sale visits stay valid for up to a year.
Can I combine more than one Xcaret code?
No. The Xcaret Sale and the 3x2 bundles cannot be combined with advance purchase discounts, other promotions, extra discounts or park packages. Compare the totals in your cart and keep the lower one.
Where do I enter a promo code at Xcaret?
Add your parks or tours to the cart, then enter the code at checkout and confirm the discount appears in your total before paying. For bundles, every park in the package must use the same entry type, either with or without transportation.
Can I cancel or change my Xcaret reservation?
You can move your visit to another date within one year of purchase. Cancelling more than 2 days before your visit carries a 10% administrative fee, while cancellations inside 2 days and no-shows are non-refundable. Packages and optional activities cannot be refunded.
How do I get my tickets after buying online?
A coupon appears as soon as payment goes through, and that coupon is your confirmation. Show it at the park ticket booth with an official photo ID. Tickets cannot be transferred to someone else.
Does Xcaret offer monthly payments to U.S. customers?
The interest-free bank installment plans only work with cards issued in Mexico, so cards issued abroad, American Express included, don't qualify. U.S. customers can apply for Flex Pay at checkout, which has a 0% APR option on 3 and 6 month terms through October 31, 2026 for well-qualified applicants on purchases of $500 or more. Approval depends on credit, and APRs outside that offer range up to 36%.
