Frequently Asked Questions
What is 1ink's warranty on its cartridges?
1ink offers a 180-day warranty from the date of shipment on all products, covering fitness and merchantability. If you are not completely satisfied within that window, you can return ink cartridges, toners, ribbons, or drums for a replacement or refund.
Can I return a sealed, unopened cartridge for a refund?
Yes, sealed, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or store credit, though these returns are subject to a restocking fee, commonly around 20%.
Does 1ink offer free shipping?
Yes, 1ink provides free shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $65, with a flat rate shipping charge applied to orders that fall below that threshold.
Can I combine more than one 1ink promo code on an order?
No, only one 1ink promo code can be used per purchase, so comparing your available codes before checkout and applying whichever provides the larger discount is the way to maximize your savings.
Is there a minimum order amount for 1ink discount codes?
Yes, many active codes require a minimum spend, commonly around $30, so checking that your cart clears the required amount before applying a code helps avoid it failing at checkout.
Does 1ink offer a discount for signing up for emails?
Yes, signing up for the email list has offered new subscribers a percentage-off discount, commonly around 10%, on their next order, which is a straightforward way to save on a future ink or toner restock.
What happens if 1ink made an error with my order?
If a mistake was made on 1ink's end, such as shipping the wrong cartridge, the company covers return shipping for that specific error, separate from the standard return process where the customer typically handles return costs.
