Frequently Asked Questions
Does 80Eighty offer refunds on orders?
No. All sales on 80eighty.com are final, and refunds are not issued. Shoppers who want a different size or item need to go through an exchange instead.
Can a wrong size or item be exchanged at 80Eighty?
Yes, exchanges are available for items in saleable, unused condition. Since giveaway entries are automatically tied to each order and can't be adjusted once submitted, it's worth double checking sizing before completing a purchase rather than relying on a return.
What happens to giveaway entries if an order is exchanged?
Entries are counted and submitted at the time of purchase and cannot be modified afterward due to sweepstakes rules, even if the underlying order is later exchanged for a different item.
What is 80Eighty's free shipping minimum?
Free shipping on domestic orders is available once a cart passes $75, though 80Eighty occasionally runs limited time promotions that raise or waive that threshold, so it's worth checking the banner at checkout.
How long does 80Eighty take to ship an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, with delivery after that usually taking another 3 to 7 business days domestically. International orders can take longer due to customs processing.
Does 80Eighty have a loyalty or rewards program?
80Eighty doesn't run a traditional points based loyalty program. Instead, its core incentive is the Dream Car Giveaway, where every completed purchase earns entries into ongoing sweepstakes, functioning as the brand's main value add beyond straightforward discounts.
Can more than one promo code be used on an 80Eighty order?
80Eighty processes one discount code per order at checkout, so it's worth comparing available codes for the best percentage off or free shipping offer before entering one.
Does 80Eighty ship internationally?
Yes, though delivery windows run longer than domestic orders because of customs clearance, and the $75 free shipping offer applies specifically to domestic orders rather than international ones.
