Frequently Asked Questions
Is shipping free at Allbirds?
Yes, ground shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under that ship for a fee shown at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard processing plus ground shipping normally runs under two weeks, but Allbirds' site currently posts a notice that orders may take up to 30 days to ship due to demand. Check your order confirmation email for the most current estimate.
What's Allbirds' return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Socks, underwear, and accessories must still be sealed in their original packaging.
What can't be returned?
Final Sale items are excluded, including gift cards, insoles, and anything tagged final sale on the site. These purchases are final.
Where do I enter a discount code?
Add your items to the cart, go to checkout, and enter the code in the discount box before you pay. It applies to your subtotal before you submit payment.
Can I combine more than one code?
No. Allbirds applies whichever code was entered most recently, and codes aren't stackable on a single order.
Does Allbirds offer a military or healthcare discount?
Yes. Verify your status through GovX and you'll get a single-use code for 15% off, good once per year on the US site.
