Can I combine more than one code?
No, only one promo code works per order. Ariat says Insider rewards and promotions can be combined, but the 10% welcome code and the military discount can't be combined with other offers.
Does Ariat offer free shipping?
Ground shipping is free for Ariat Insider members, and joining is free. Non-members pay $6 for ground. Express (3 to 5 business days) is $18 and 2 Day is $25 in the continental US.
What is Ariat's return policy?
US orders can be returned free within 90 days of purchase with a prepaid label. Items must be unworn with tags and original packaging, and final sale items can't be returned. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
How do Ariat Insider points work?
You earn 1 point per $1 spent, get 100 points for joining, and 200 points equal a $10 reward. You need at least 200 points and one full price item in your cart to redeem. Rewards can't be used on sale or clearance items, though those purchases still earn points.
Does Ariat have a military or first responder discount?
Yes, both get 10% off. Sign in to your Insider account and verify through SheerID. The military discount excludes sale items and gift cards, and is valid through the end of the year.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges for a different size of the same item can be started online. For a different color or item, return the original and place a new order. Exchanges ship 3 to 4 business days after your return is processed.
