Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a Belstaff order?
You generally have 30 days after delivery to return an item for a refund, provided it's in its original packaging with tags attached, while exchanges have a shorter 14-day window. Custom or bespoke products are typically excluded from returns given how they're made to order.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, in the US, free standard shipping generally requires a minimum spend of $200 on eligible items, with most clothing and accessories qualifying, though it's worth checking for category exclusions during checkout. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
It depends on your destination. Belstaff offers convenient return options for most locations, but certain countries only support self-managed returns, meaning the shipping cost falls on the customer rather than being covered by a prepaid label.
Can I combine a promo code with a sale price?
Generally no. Belstaff's promotional codes typically cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, and only one code is allowed per order, so it's worth comparing an active sale price against your best code rather than assuming they'll stack.
Does using a coupon code affect my ability to return an item?
No, using a coupon code doesn't change your return eligibility, but keep in mind your refund will be based on the discounted price you actually paid rather than the item's original full price.
Is there a new customer discount?
Yes, first-time shoppers can typically access a welcome discount, commonly around 10 to 20 percent off, by signing up for the newsletter or completing a first purchase, and Belstaff has also run promotions offering free shipping specifically on a first order.
Where can I find Belstaff in person if I want to try something on first?
Belstaff products are stocked in a number of designer retailers, and the brand's online store locator can help you find
