Frequently Asked Questions
Does Artis run sales throughout the year, or only occasionally?
Artis holds two recurring sales events: an Anniversary Sale each April with 20 to 30 percent off sitewide, and a Friends & Family sale each September around 20 to 25 percent off. Outside those windows, sitewide codes are less common, so a savings page is the more reliable way to catch a discount.
Can I use a promo code on Warehouse Sale or Final Sale items?
No. Artis marks Limited Edition Gift Sets, Fluenta Collection brushes, and Collection Displayer Sets as final sale, and its terms state that promo codes never apply to final sale merchandise. Items from the Warehouse Sale, Pop-Up Shop, or Final Sale collections carry the same restriction.
What happens if an Artis brush I bought drops in price shortly after?
Artis will honor a price adjustment if you make a written request within 7 days of your original purchase. The adjustment excludes tax and is paid out as store credit in the form of an e-gift card, and it doesn't apply to shipping, clearance, or final sale orders.
Can I return a brush if I already used it?
No. Because Artis brushes are treated as personal care items, the brand does not offer exchanges, and only unopened, unused product in its original packaging qualifies for a refund, within 14 days of delivery.
Does a promo code cover the cost of shipping and returns?
No. Even on an eligible refund, Artis does not repay the original or return shipping and handling. Getting your order over the free shipping threshold before checkout is the more direct way to avoid paying for shipping twice.
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
Artis offers free shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more within the contiguous states, and on international orders of $250 or more (with a higher $300 threshold for Australia and New Zealand). Orders below that ship for a flat $9.95 domestically.
Does Artis have a loyalty or rewards program I should sign up for?
Artis doesn't run a formal points or rewards program. Its main ongoing perk is for email subscribers, who typically get 24 to 48 hours of early access before major sales go live, which is worth more than a small discount if you're timing a purchase around the Anniversary or Friends & Family sale.
Can I combine a promo code with a sale price?
No. Artis's terms state that offers cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed.
What payment options does Artis accept if I want to spread out a purchase?
Artis accepts major credit cards and Afterpay, so a set of brushes can be split into installments at checkout rather than paid in one charge.
