Frequently Asked Questions
Does Bobbi Brown offer free shipping?
Yes, Bobbi Brown typically offers free shipping on orders of $65 or more, and members of the brand's BB Access rewards program get free shipping and free returns with no minimum required.
What is Bobbi Brown's return policy?
Bobbi Brown accepts returns within 30 days of the ship date for most products purchased on its website, and this includes items that are new or gently used, not just unopened ones. Final sale, engraved, or otherwise non-returnable items are excluded, and shipping fees are not refunded.
Do I need to return a free gift if I return my Bobbi Brown order?
Yes, if a free promotional item or sample came with your order, it generally needs to be included when you send the rest of the order back. Keeping all packaging and gifts together until you are sure you are keeping the purchase avoids complications later.
What is BB Access and how does it help me save?
BB Access is Bobbi Brown's free rewards membership, and members receive free shipping and free returns on every order with no minimum spend required. Joining before checkout is worth doing even for a single item purchase, since it removes the need to hit a shipping threshold.
Can I combine a Bobbi Brown promo code with a free gift offer?
Often yes, since Bobbi Brown frequently runs a free gift with purchase promotion at a specific spending threshold alongside a separate percentage off code, and the two are commonly designed to work together rather than replace one another. Checking a code's specific terms confirms whether it can be combined with an active free gift offer.
Are foundation and concealer returns handled differently at Bobbi Brown?
Yes, complexion products like foundation, concealer, powder, and correctors have specific free shipping options for returns, reflecting how common it is for shoppers to need a different shade after seeing a product in person. Contacting customer service directly for these categories helps confirm the exact process.
Does Bobbi Brown offer a discount for new customers?
Yes, signing up for the email list has offered new subscribers a discount, commonly in the 10 to 15% range, on their first order. This is one of the more consistent ways for a first time shopper to save before browsing the full range of foundations and skincare.
