Where do I enter a code at checkout?
Current sitewide offers apply automatically with no code. Any promotional code or emailed Diva Dollar code is entered during checkout. If checkout shows an address mismatch error, you may need to re-enter it.
Can I combine more than one code?
Diva Dollar coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount. The credit card first purchase offer also cannot be combined with other offers. Sitewide sale prices apply automatically.
How much is shipping at Ashley Stewart?
Orders of $89 or more ship free (excluding PR, AK, HI and GU). Below that, flat rates in the 48 mainland states are $9.95 for Economy (3 to 7 business days), $12.95 for Standard (2 to 4 days, signature required) and $28 for Express (1 to 3 days).
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from your online order ship date, or from your in store purchase date, to return eligible items. Items must be new and unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Final sale items (usually priced ending in .49 or .98), wedding dresses and international orders cannot be returned.
Are returns really free?
The site advertises free returns on eligible items, but $10 is deducted from your refund when you use the prepaid label or printerless code for a mail return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Spend $50 during an earn period to get a $25 coupon, then use it on a $50 purchase during the redeem period. Coupons expire on the stated date and are not credited back if you return the order.
