Frequently Asked Questions
What is ELOQUII's return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags. After 30 days, or on anything marked final sale, ELOQUII will not accept the item back.
Does ELOQUII charge for return shipping?
The refund is issued minus the cost of the return label and postage, so shoppers should expect a slightly smaller refund than the original purchase price rather than a full one.
How does ELOQUII Member Rewards work, and is it the same as loyalty points on the main site?
Member Rewards is a separate membership shared across ELOQUII's Family of Brands, including OneStopPlus, Roaman's, and Catherines. It gives 10% back in monthly gift codes on Family of Brands purchases and 5% back at over 1,000 partner retailers, plus shipping and return shipping rebates.
Why did my ELOQUII promo code not apply to my order?
Codes commonly exclude items already marked final sale or clearance, and only one code can typically be used per order. Check whether the item is in the regular Sale section versus the steeper Final Sale section, since terms often differ between the two.
Does ELOQUII offer free shipping?
US orders of $125 or more ship free. Orders under that ship on a tiered rate starting around $6.99 for the smallest orders, plus a small per order surcharge, and faster shipping options are available for an extra fee.
What happens if I order a backordered item?
Backorders are automatically extended for 30 days if the item is still not in stock, and further extensions require approval from the customer. Anyone who would rather not wait can contact customer service to cancel the backordered piece and reorder something in stock.
When does ELOQUII have its biggest sales?
The Semi-Annual Sale, along with Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Memorial Day, tend to bring the deepest sitewide discounts, typically 20% to 50% off. The separate Final Sale clearance section can run markdowns as steep as 85% off, though nothing bought there can be returned.
Can I use Buy Now, Pay Later at ELOQUII?
ELOQUII offers Klarna and Zip at checkout, both of which split a purchase into four interest-free installments rather than requiring the full amount upfront.
