Frequently Asked Questions

Can I combine a Best Cigar Prices coupon code with a Dynamite Deal?

Generally no, flash sale items like Dynamite Deals are typically restricted from being stacked with additional digital coupons, so it's worth comparing the flash sale price against a code applied to a different item.

Why isn't my Best Cigar Prices promo code working?

Check that the order meets any minimum spend tied to the code, since several codes require a purchase of $125 or more, and confirm the code hasn't expired.

What is Best Cigar Prices' return policy?

Items must be returned within 40 days of delivery, and customers must contact Best Cigar Prices first to start the process before shipping anything back. If more than one cigar from a box or sampler has been smoked or cut, the refund is pro-rated rather than issued in full.

Do I get my shipping costs back on a Best Cigar Prices return?

Only in specific cases. Shipping charges are refunded when the item being returned was defective, wasn't what was ordered, or arrived damaged in transit; a standard change-of-mind return doesn't include a shipping refund.

How should I store cigars if I might need to return them?

Cigars must be stored in an airtight, properly humidified container to remain eligible for return. Best Cigar Prices will not accept a return if the cigars were stored improperly, including in a refrigerator or freezer.

What if my Best Cigar Prices order arrives damaged?

Keep all packaging and merchandise and contact customer service within 14 days of delivery, and the team will credit the full order, including shipping charges, once the issue is confirmed.

How does the Best Price Guarantee work?

If a lower advertised price is found elsewhere within 30 days of purchase, Best Cigar Prices will match or beat it by up to $10; if they can't honor the match, they'll issue a $10 gift card instead.

Does Best Cigar Prices offer a military or first responder discount?

Yes, military personnel, law enforcement, first responders, EMTs, and fire service members get 12% off all orders after a one-time verification, and the discount then applies automatically to future purchases.

Saving Guide

Because Best Cigar Prices' return eligibility depends heavily on proper storage and how many cigars from a box have already been enjoyed, understanding those conditions upfront protects the value of the 40-day window.

Storing cigars properly from the moment they arrive

Since return eligibility requires airtight, humidified storage, setting up a humidor or airtight container before an order arrives, rather than after, protects the ability to return a box that doesn't turn out to be a good fit.

Trying just one cigar from a box before deciding

Because a return is pro-rated once more than one cigar has been smoked or cut, sampling a single stick from a new box before committing to the rest preserves the option of a full refund if the blend isn't a match.

Verifying military or first responder eligibility for an ongoing discount

Since that 12% discount applies automatically to future orders after a single verification, setting it up once is a more dependable savings path than waiting for a seasonal promo code each time.

Using the Best Price Guarantee even after checkout

Because the price match applies within 30 days of purchase and BCP has stated it will honor the guarantee even after an order is placed, checking competitor pricing again shortly after buying can still recover savings retroactively.

Contacting support before returning anything

Since BCP requires customers to reach out first for an RMA number before shipping a return, starting that conversation promptly rather than mailing a box back independently keeps the 40-day window from working against a delayed return.

Checklist before checkout

Confirm the order clears any minimum spend for an active code, verify military or first responder eligibility for the ongoing 12% discount, set up proper humidified storage before the order arrives, and contact customer service first if a return becomes necessary.
