Frequently Asked Questions
Can a Dad Grass coupon be combined with a subscription discount?
Subscribing to recurring deliveries already comes with its own reduced price compared to a one-time purchase, and it's worth checking whether an additional promo code stacks on top of that subscription rate or only applies to one-time orders..
What is Dad Grass's return window?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, but the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Can I cancel a Dad Grass order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after that window aren't refunded, due to the strict nature of payment processing for CBD and hemp products.
What happens if my Dad Grass order arrives incorrect or defective?
If the return is the result of Dad Grass's own error, a replacement product is sent at no additional cost rather than requiring the customer to cover return shipping.
Does Dad Grass ship internationally?
No, Dad Grass currently only ships within the US and doesn't offer international shipping at this time.
Is shipping free at Dad Grass?
Free shipping applies once an order reaches $100. Orders below that threshold are charged standard shipping rates at checkout.
How does the Dad Grass subscription work?
Subscribers choose their favorite products and set a delivery frequency, every 7, 14, or 28 days, getting a discount on every shipment. There's no long-term commitment, but subscriptions can only be skipped, adjusted, or canceled starting after the first rebill, meaning the initial two shipments are locked in.
How long does a Dad Grass refund take to process once a return is approved?
Expect up to about four weeks total, accounting for transit time back to the warehouse, processing once it arrives, and the time it takes a bank to complete the refund.
