Frequently Asked Questions
Does EdenFantasys offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping has commonly applied once a cart clears a set subtotal, with a flat fee charged below that line. Because the exact figure can shift with promotions, the safest way to confirm it is to add items to the cart and check the shipping options that appear at checkout.
Can I return an opened item to EdenFantasys?
Generally no. Intimacy products carry hygiene related restrictions industry wide, so items that have been opened or used are typically excluded from standard returns, while unopened items in original packaging are eligible within the stated window. If a product arrives defective, EdenFantasys has been known to make exceptions and issue a replacement or refund.
How does the EdenPoints rewards program work?
Customers earn points on purchases through the EdenPoints program, which can be redeemed toward savings on a future order. Points programs like this typically run alongside, not instead of, sitewide coupon codes.
Why would my coupon code not apply at checkout?
Coupon terms for adult retailers commonly exclude sale items, bundle pricing, or gift cards, so a code that works on one order may not apply to a discounted item in another. Double checking the code's stated exclusions before entering it saves a trip back to the cart.
Is EdenFantasys shipping actually discreet?
Yes, discreet packaging and billing descriptors are a standard practice for this category, and EdenFantasys ships this way specifically so a delivery does not reveal its contents to anyone else handling the package.
Does EdenFantasys have a newsletter discount?
Subscribing to the email list has typically unlocked a percentage off a first order, along with advance notice of sales and new arrivals. This is usually the fastest way to get a first discount without hunting for a code.
Can EdenFantasys coupons be combined?
Coupon stacking rules vary by promotion, and some codes are limited to one per order while others are more flexible. Checking the terms attached to a specific code before assuming it will stack with another is worth the extra minute.
Does EdenFantasys have a referral program?
Referring a friend has historically earned both the referrer and the new customer a discount code once the referred purchase is completed, which is a low effort way to build up savings for a future order.
