Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, for unused items you're entitled to a full refund, though the original return shipping charges aren't included in that refund. Given the intimate nature of these products, keeping an item unused and in its original packaging matters for return eligibility.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Free US shipping is available above a set order minimum, though the exact figure cited varies, so checking your cart total against the current threshold shown at checkout is the most reliable way to confirm whether your order qualifies.
Can I combine a promo code with an order that already qualifies for free shipping?
Yes, Unbound Babes allows promotional codes to be applied to orders that also clear the free shipping threshold, unlike some retailers that block that kind of stacking, so it's worth checking both boxes on the same order.
Does Unbound Babes offer payment plans?
Yes, both PayPal Pay Later and Zip financing are supported at checkout, letting you split a larger order into installments rather than paying the full amount upfront.
Is there a military discount?
There's no dedicated standing military discount program, but a general promo code has historically offered military members a discount, and Unbound Babes occasionally runs exclusive military savings around events like Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
Can I ask customer service about unadvertised deals?
Yes, the live chat team sometimes has access to promo codes not advertised anywhere else on the site, so it's worth asking directly if you don't see an active offer that fits your order.
Where can I find the deepest discounts?
The Unbound Babes Clearance Page is worth checking before applying a sitewide code, since clearance pricing can run well below what a percentage-off code alone would achieve.
