Frequently Asked Questions
Does Firmoo offer a discount for first-time customers?
Yes. New customers can regularly find promotions for heavily discounted or even free first pairs with basic single vision lenses, with the customer typically covering only shipping. Frame upgrades, thicker lens indexes, and add-ons like blue light coating cost extra even on these introductory deals.
Can I stack a Firmoo coupon code with a sale?
Firmoo runs frequent sitewide promotions, especially around Black Friday and Cyber Monday, when frame discounts and lens discounts are usually listed separately rather than combined into one blanket percentage. Whether a specific code stacks with an active sale depends on the individual promotion, so it's worth checking the terms attached to each code before checkout.
What if my Firmoo glasses don't match my prescription?
Firmoo's customer service team will review the order details and the reported issue, often asking the customer to have an optician verify the prescription so they can pinpoint whether the error happened on Firmoo's end or with the original prescription. If Firmoo's error caused the mismatch, they'll typically remake or refund the order rather than charging for a new one.
How long is Firmoo's return and exchange window?
Glasses can be exchanged or refunded within 60 days of receipt if something's wrong with the fit or the prescription feels off. That window is based on the delivery date, so it's worth testing new glasses soon after they arrive rather than letting them sit in a drawer.
Does Firmoo's warranty cover more than the return window?
Separately from the 60 day return policy, Firmoo backs its eyewear with a 365 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, such as a frame hinge failing or coating peeling under normal use. It doesn't cover damage from drops, bending, or general wear, and claims reported after the year mark typically aren't eligible.
Why does processing take longer than shipping?
Firmoo treats prescription eyewear as a medical product, so orders go through prescription verification and lens grinding before they ever leave the warehouse. Plano and simple single vision lenses process fastest, while progressives, bifocals, and specialty coatings add extra days, which is why total delivery time is usually longer than the shipping estimate alone suggests.
Can I get help figuring out my PD number for online glasses?
Firmoo's site walks customers through measuring pupillary distance at home, and customer service (available by live chat and phone) will double check the number before an order ships if it looks unusual. Getting PD wrong is one of the more common reasons glasses feel off once they arrive, so it's worth confirming before finalizing an order.
Does Firmoo ever discount lens upgrades separately from frames?
During major sales events, Firmoo has offered percentage discounts on lens upgrades like blue light or polarized coatings that run alongside, but separately from, frame discounts. Watching for both figures in a promotion matters, since a big frame discount doesn't automatically mean cheaper lenses.
