Return Policy

If the customer is unhappy with the cartridge delivered to him or it does not meet the need of the printer, can make a return as the company offers 365 days return policy. The company can request a return within 365 days of the date orders shipment.

If you are returning the order then contact the customer service within the time frame and they will generate RMA # on your request of return.

Once the RMA# is generated the customer is obliged to return the order within 10 days. If not then there will be delay in refund and exchange. Before postmarking the return order the customer must the RMA# outside the package and provide copy of original order slip as a proof.

House of inks is not responsible for return shipping cost and shipping fee is also non refundable on the request of refund or store credit. The company recommend the shipping service with tracking number and insurance to the order.

It is to be noted that the customer must allow 10 business days after receiving the return item to process the refund. Some credit cards company may take 30 days to credit your amount back.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping is eligible for all the orders over $40. Orders under $40 will be charges a flat rate of $4.95 in 48 states of U.S.

Currently the company delivers the orders in 50 states of US and Puerto Rico. The company donot deliver internationally.

The company mostly ship via USPS first class and USPS Priority Mail with around 2 to 5 business days.  they ekends and public holidays are not included in business days. Orders placed before 3pm PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after the time will be shipped the following day.

Orders within 48 states of US will be shipped according to the rule. Orders of 1lb will be shipped via USPS first class and orders over 1lb will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large $ orders will be shipping via UPS ground with signature.

Alaska, Hawai and Puerto Rico orders are charged according to  they ight. Orders upto $2 are charged $4.95 and above are charged $20.95.
