Does Jackery offer free shipping, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping is free to the contiguous US states. Orders usually process within 1 business day, leave within 1 to 2 business days, and take 1 to 5 business days in transit, though Jackery doesn't guarantee those times. Power stations and solar panels can't ship together, so a combined order may arrive in separate packages.
What is Jackery's return policy, and who pays return shipping?
You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it if you bought from jackery.com or Jackery's Amazon store, and you must get an RMA number from support first. Jackery covers return shipping for defective, delayed, or damaged orders, and deducts return shipping and handling fees from the refund for any other reason. Refunds process within 10 business days of Jackery receiving the item.
Where do I enter a Jackery discount code?
Paste it into the discount bar at checkout. Codes redeemed with Jackery Points are single use, and some carry minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, or expiry dates.
Can I combine more than one Jackery code?
Reward codes redeemed with points can't be combined with other discount codes. Points used as a cash discount are the exception and can be combined with coupons and other eligible offers.
Is it better to buy Jackery directly or on Amazon?
Buying direct gets you longer warranty terms on certain models (up to 5+2 years only at jackery.com), Jackery Points, and the price match benefit. Jackery's own Amazon store orders get the same 30 day return window, but purchases from other retailers fall under that retailer's return policy.
Does Jackery charge a restocking fee?
Yes, if the item comes back not in its original condition, a restocking fee is deducted from your refund. A shipping and restocking fee also applies if you claim a unit is defective and Jackery's technicians find it fully functional. Custom-configured or branded products can't be returned at all.
Which products does the 5% special discount exclude?
It excludes new releases, refurbished items, and special collaboration products, and you must verify your status first. It works on top of sale prices but can't be combined with other order discount codes.
