Frequently Asked Questions
Does BLUETTI offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States, with delivery generally taking 5 to 7 working days once an order is processed.
Can I return a BLUETTI power station if I just change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product has not been used and comes back in its original packaging with all included materials. Refunds are processed within 14 business days once the returned item reaches BLUETTI's warehouse.
What happens if I want a refund after using the product for a while?
If you report a genuine quality issue after the initial 30 day window, BLUETTI may still offer a partial refund based on how long the device has been in use, rather than a full refund.
Can I cancel a BLUETTI order after placing it?
Yes, within 48 hours of placing the order, by contacting BLUETTI directly before it ships. Once an order has already shipped, an intercept fee applies instead of a straight cancellation.
What voids a BLUETTI warranty claim?
Warranty coverage does not apply to units that were misused, modified without authorization, purchased through an unauthorized reseller, exposed to extreme heat, cold, or liquid, or missing valid proof of purchase. A mismatched serial number on the warranty certificate or any unauthorized alteration to it will also void a claim.
How does BLUETTI handle repairs on a defective unit?
For products still within their warranty period, BLUETTI covers both the repair and the return shipping cost. Turnaround is typically 5 to 7 working days once the unit reaches a service station, though larger repair batches can take longer.
Is there an extended warranty option?
For select models, including the AC200MAX, AC200P, and B230 when purchased through BLUETTI's official website, an extended warranty against damage is available at no added service fee. Units bought through other platforms need to apply separately for extended coverage.
Does BLUETTI offer a military discount?
Yes, BLUETTI provides a standing discount for verified military members, applied after completing identity verification through the brand's checkout process.
