Frequently Asked Questions
What warranty comes with a refurbished computer?
Every refurbished system includes a one-year warranty covering both parts and labor, guaranteeing the computer and its accessories will be free of functional defects during that period. Extended 2 or 3-year warranty options are also available if you want coverage beyond the standard year.
How long do I have to return a computer if it's not right for me?
Discount Computer Depot offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, letting you return the order for a full refund, a replacement, or an exchange for a different system if the one you bought doesn't fit your needs
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
No, free standard shipping is available on all orders with no minimum purchase required, so shipping costs shouldn't factor into your decision on order size.
Can I use a promo code on a refurbished laptop, or only accessories?
Most promotional codes work on refurbished computers and laptops from major brands like Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo, though certain exclusions can apply during clearance events, so it's worth checking whether the specific system you want is eligible before assuming a code applies.
Can I stack more than one discount code?
No, most promotional codes cannot be stacked with other active offers or applied to items already marked down for clearance, and each coupon typically represents a single-use discount per transaction.
Is there a discount for buying multiple computers at once?
Yes, volume purchasers can contact Discount Computer Depot directly for specialized bulk pricing, which can offer better savings than applying a standard promotional code to several individual orders.
Does Discount Computer Depot offer a student discount?
No, there isn't a dedicated student discount program at this time, but students can still take advantage of the same seasonal sales and promotional codes available to any shopper, particularly during back-to-school promotional periods.
