Frequently Asked Questions
How much do I need to spend for free shipping at Laneige?
Orders of $50 or more ship free to the 48 contiguous states and DC, and smaller orders cost $8.95. Hawaii and Alaska pay $10 on orders over $50 and $18.95 below that. Laneige doesn't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.
What is Laneige's return policy?
You can return most new, unopened items and gently used items within 45 days of delivery. Used products must be at least half full and come back with the original packaging. During Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions, discounted products are final sale.
How do Laneige Dewy Skin Rewards points work?
Each point is worth $0.05, and you choose how many to redeem with a slider at checkout. There is no minimum balance to start redeeming.
Where do I enter a promo code at Laneige?
Add promo codes in your cart before you check out, as with the birthday code. Rewards points work differently, since you apply them with the slider at checkout.
Can I combine more than one code?
Usually not. Birthday codes and points redemptions can't be combined with other discounts. Discount promotions also don't apply to subscription items. Free-gift offers are separate and add automatically once your order reaches the spend threshold.
Can I return a subscription order?
No. Subscription orders are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. You can cancel before the next renewal, and Laneige emails you 3 days before each charge.
Does Laneige sell gift cards?
No. Laneige says it does not offer gift cards at the moment.
