Frequently Asked Questions
Does Mabel's Labels have a rewards or points program?
Mabel's Labels retired its old My Mabel's Rewards points system, so there isn't a running loyalty program to enroll in right now. The more reliable ways to save are the newsletter discount, referral credits, and seasonal sales.
What discount do new customers get at Mabel's Labels?
New subscribers to the email newsletter get 20% off, applied automatically once you sign up and receive your code. It's usually the simplest way to save on a first order of school or daycare labels.
Does Mabel's Labels have a referral program?
Yes. When you refer a friend and they make a purchase, both of you receive a discount code for a future order, which makes it easy to keep saving if other parents in your circle are also labeling backpacks and lunchboxes.
Can I stack a Mabel's Labels coupon with a sale?
No. Promotional codes typically can't be combined with other offers or with items already marked down for a sale, so you'll want to compare the sale price against your code and use whichever gives the better deal rather than expecting both together.
Why isn't my Mabel's Labels promo code working?
The most common reasons are that the code doesn't apply to sale priced products, or that only one code is allowed per order. If a code seems otherwise valid, double check whether it's restricted to a specific label pack or bundle.
Does Mabel's Labels offer free shipping?
Yes, standard shipping is free on all orders with no minimum spend required, which is a bit different from stores that require you to hit a dollar threshold first.
What is Mabel's Labels' return policy?
Every order is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, contacting customer service directly by email or live chat gets you a return or exchange rather than following a separate published return window.
Does Mabel's Labels offer discounts for teachers or schools?
Mabel's Labels runs special promotions around Teacher Appreciation Week rather than a year-round educator discount, so the newsletter is the best way to catch those when they come around. Schools, teams, and other organizations can also sign up for the separate fundraising program, which earns a commission on every purchase made through the group's link.
When does Mabel's Labels run its biggest sales?
The Back to School Sale in August is the standout event, historically offering a meaningful discount on school labels and typically running for a couple of weeks before the school year starts. Outside of that window, expect smaller sitewide promotions and combo pack deals throughout the year.
