MAC Cosmetics Shipping Policy

M.A.C offers free standard shipping to its customers. You can upgrade it to 2-day delivery for $5 and overnight delivery for $10. Standard shipping will take 2-5 business days, 2-day delivery will take 2 business days and overnight will take 1 business day.

The company do its best to fulfill the delivery on time. However we suggest you to track your order by the tracking number provideed in the confirmation mail. Orders that are shipped through P.O box are delivered within 6-12 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are delivered within 14-21 business days after the ship date.

MAC Cosmetics Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is the first priority of M.A.C. however if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it to the company. The company will even pay for the shipment fee.

There are two ways to return from the M.A.C.

  • In-store Return

You can return the M.A.C products excluding that bought from M.A.C pro from any of the M.A.C US store. Turn you location on and find you nearby M.A.C store. Bring on theproduct with packaging slip and get your returned product.

  • Free Shipping Return

You can return your items via mail and can enjoy free shipment. Print out the Merchandise exchange column at the back of invoice included with your order. Carefully pack the items and include the invoice in it. Seal the box and affix it with prepaid label. Take the package to any UPS location or request UPS package pickup.
