You earn one point for every $1 you spend, and points can be redeemed for select products or money off online orders. There are three tiers based on yearly spend. Bronze Lover is where everyone starts, Silver Lover is $150 to $499 in a year, and Gold Lover is $500 in a year. All tiers get point redemption and exclusive sales. Silver and Gold add birthday bonus points, a free birthday gift, pre launch product trials and invite only events. MAC Pro Membership. A paid program for working professionals, with proof of profession required. Makeup artists, including union and agency represented artists, get 40% off MAC products. Other beauty industry professionals get 30%, and artists in training get 20%. Members also get invites to Pro only events and Master Classes.

Does MAC offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more before taxes and $8 below that, arriving in 5 to 7 business days. Second day shipping is $15 and overnight is $25 when ordered by 2 PM ET. MAC ships to US addresses only.

 

What is MAC's return policy?

Items bought on maccosmetics.com can be returned in new or gently used condition within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method within 3 business days of the warehouse receiving the item, though a $7 charge is deducted from mailed returns. Returning in a MAC store is free, and final sale, engraved and eGift card items cannot be returned.

How does MAC Lover Rewards work?

Joining is free and gives you 15% off your next purchase. You earn one point per $1 spent and move up from Bronze to Silver at $150 a year and Gold at $500 a year. Silver and Gold add a birthday gift and bonus points.

Where do I enter a code at checkout?

 Most current MAC offers need no code. Sale prices are already marked down, free samples are chosen in your bag, and Lover Rewards offers apply when you are signed in to your account.

Can I combine more than one code?

Usually not. The terms for Sale offers and birthday rewards both state they cannot be used with any other offer or discount. Pro members are excluded from those offers.

How much is the MAC Pro discount?

Makeup artists get 40%, beauty industry professionals 30% and artists in training 20%. You apply with proof of profession, are charged when approved within about three days, and must show photo ID when you use your digital card.

Join Lover Rewards before your first big order The 15% comes off your next purchase after you join, and points are earned on purchases made as a member. Signing up before you build a large basket means the order both gets the discount and counts toward your yearly Silver and Gold spend.

Reach Silver before your birthday month Bronze members do not get the birthday gift or bonus points, and Silver starts at $150 in a year. Spending that ahead of your birthday month is what unlocks the extra points on that month's purchases.

Skip same day delivery on sale orders Sale and birthday bonus offers state they do not apply to Same Day Delivery or Buy Online, Pick Up In Store orders. Choose standard or expedited shipping if you are using either offer.

Check for final sale, engraved and: eGift items Items marked final sale or not returnable cannot be exchanged or returned, and that also covers engraved items and eGift cards. Gift returns cannot be done in stores, so use chat for those.

Count the 30 days from delivery The return window runs from the day your order is delivered, not the day you order. Reports of lost, missing, wrong or damaged items must also come within 30 days of delivery, with photos and the original box kept.
