Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags for a refund, though final sale items are excluded from returns and promotional discounts.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, free standard shipping applies to orders over $100, and M° Rewards members at the Platinum tier get free upgraded shipping on every order regardless of size.
What is the 7-day price adjustment policy?
If an item you bought goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, the Ministry of Supply will refund the difference as store credit. You'll need to email customer service with your order number, the product name, and the current sale price, and credits typically process within 3 to 5 business days. This excludes final sale items and anything already bought with a discount code.
Can I use more than one promo code on an order?
No, Ministry of Supply doesn't allow stacking, and entering a new code at checkout automatically replaces whatever code you had applied before, so comparing which code saves more before finalizing your cart is worth doing.
Is there a discount for first-time customers?
Yes, subscribing to the newsletter typically gets new customers around $50 off their first order with no minimum purchase required, making it one of the more generous welcome offers in performance apparel.
Is there a referral discount?
Yes, referring a friend gets them $15 off their first purchase of $85 or more, while you earn $15 off any purchase over $30, making it a fairly accessible way to build ongoing credit.
How does the M° Rewards program work?
Members earn points on purchases that can be redeemed for future discounts, and the program periodically surfaces exclusive promo codes not available to non-members, on top of the shipping perks that come with higher tiers.
