Returns & Exchanges Policy

Customer's satisfaction is most important at Morning Lavender and for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item in its original, unwashed and unworn condition with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The company reserves the right to refuse any return received after 30 days of the delivery date or if determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. They may refuse the return if has been worned (stains found on it), or it is altered or washed. If your return is refused the will ship the item back to you with no extra charge on you. If your return is accepted, the refunds will issue back to you to the original form of payment or as store credit. Note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

• Exchanges

If you have received any wrong or damaged item, contact them at hellow@morninglavender.com and attach the photo of the wrong if damaged within 4 days of receiving your item. We will definitely contact you to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy

The orders are shipped by using USPS (United States Portal Service), FedEx and UPS. All orders are processed and leave their warehouse within 2 business days of your date, weekends and holidays are not included. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days, once your order has been processed, unless you have selected Expedited, FedEx (2 day shipping), or UPS (2 day shipping). An email will be sent to you provided with a tracking number, once your order has been shipped.

If there is a mistake with your shipping address, contact them at hello@morninglavenders.com to correct this as soon as possible. If your order is sent to an incorrect address, then you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

-Standard shipping rates are $7.00 (5 to 7 business days)

-Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout (2 to 3 business days)
