Frequently Asked Questions
How does PandaHall's Accumulative Order Discount work?
PandaHall tracks your lifetime spending and automatically applies a discount that grows over time, starting at 3 percent off after 500 dollars spent and climbing as high as 20 percent off after 50,000 dollars. This discount tier never resets or expires, so it is worth creating an account and staying logged in for every order rather than checking out as a guest.
Can you combine welcome bonuses with your first PandaHall order?
Yes, welcome bonuses from an app download, account signup, and newsletter subscription can typically all be combined on your first order, which is one of the more generous stacking opportunities PandaHall offers compared to later purchases.
Do loyalty and bulk order discounts stack with promo codes?
Generally no, loyalty tier discounts and bulk order discounts typically do not stack with promotional codes applied to the same items, so it is worth comparing which discount actually saves more before assuming they combine.
What is PandaHall's return policy for defective products?
Defective products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, and PandaHall covers both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost from China back to the customer's country in that case.
What if you just don't like a product that isn't defective?
Non-defective items can still be returned for a refund or replacement, even if the reason is simply that the product does not suit your project, but you must apply within 7 days of the arrival date and cover your own return shipping and any applicable taxes.
Does PandaHall offer free shipping?
Yes, PandaHall offers free shipping through its Sea Freight Priority to Door service, which requires a 5 kilogram minimum order weight. There are also quantity-based shipping discounts of up to 36 percent off for orders of 160 or more items.
Why might a PandaHall promo code fail to apply?
The most common reasons are an order that does not meet the code's minimum spend, or mixing promotional items with regular merchandise in the same cart, since some discounts exclude items already on sale. Double checking the minimum order requirement before entering a code is worth doing first.
Can returned bulk orders affect a quantity discount you already received?
Yes, if you return a large quantity of items that originally qualified for assorted or bulk pricing, PandaHall reserves the right to recalculate your order total based on what you actually kept, which can reduce the refund below what you might expect.
