Does Trollbeads require a discount code for its offers?
Only when the code is clearly displayed with the offer. Seasonal free gift campaigns work differently: the qualifying gift must be added to the cart and the displayed code entered at checkout. Offers apply only during the promotion period and while stock lasts.
How does the Trollbeads 3 for 2 Unique bead offer work?
All three Unique beads have to be in the cart together. The cart then removes the price of the lowest priced bead, making it free.
Why does my Trollbeads discount not show in the cart?
Outlet items and items from the Set in Stone campaign do not show the discount in the basket, due to a website limitation. The discount is still deducted, so the final total at checkout is what to check.
How much does Trollbeads shipping cost in the US?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more and $6.99 below that, including US territories. Orders of $500 or more require a signature, and the store does not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses or commercial addresses. Orders leave the facility in 2 to 4 business days, and delivery within the continental US takes 2 to 5 business days.
What does a Trollbeads Club membership include?
The 1 year membership includes one Club Bead, access to Club only beads, member only promotions and exclusive content. The 3 year membership adds three Club Beads, access to country beads, Rare Treasures, special Club offers and one hand picked Unique bead. The limited edition Club Bead is released once a year, and there is no limit on buying more than one.
Does Trollbeads run sales?
The store has a Semi Annual Club Sale collection and an Outlet section. Free gifts and reduced prices come with seasonal campaigns, so the deals on this page change with the calendar.
What is the Trollbeads return policy?
Purchases from the US site can be returned within 30 days of delivery from within the US. Email info@trollbeads-unitedstates.com for a shipping label and return form, and a $6.99 handling fee is deducted from the refund. The refund covers the item and taxes and arrives within 7 to 10 business days after the return reaches the New Jersey facility.
What happens to a free gift if I return the qualifying item?
The free gift must go back too. If it does not, Trollbeads can hold the refund until the gift arrives.
What warranty do Trollbeads products carry?
The original buyer gets 24 months of coverage against defects in materials or workmanship, with the remedy limited to repair or replacement. Claims must be made within 90 days of discovering the defect and go through an authorized retailer with the model number and serial number. Misuse, neglect and unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
Can retired Trollbeads beads still be bought on the site?
No. Retired beads and clasps appear on the museum page as pieces to hunt down elsewhere. Only current designs are sold.
