Frequently Asked Questions
What is Soufeel's return window?
90 days from the purchase or delivery date, which is longer than most jewelry retailers offer. Purchasing an extended warranty on a piece pushes that window out to 180 days.
Can I return a personalized Soufeel item if I just change my mind?
No, made-to-order personalized pieces, like custom photo charms or engraved items, can only be returned if they arrive defective, damaged or don't match what was ordered, since each one is produced specifically for that order.
What if I need to cancel a personalized order after placing it?
Because custom items go into production immediately, canceling or modifying the personalization after the order is placed comes with a 30% fee to cover the production cost already incurred, even if you contact Soufeel right away.
Who pays for Soufeel return shipping?
The customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case Soufeel covers the return postage and any replacement cost.
Are clearance items returnable at Soufeel?
No, clearance and other discounted items are final sale and excluded from the standard 90 day return policy.
How long does a Soufeel refund take once it's approved?
About 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account after Soufeel processes the return, though it can take an additional billing cycle to show up on some bank statements
Does Soufeel offer free shipping?
Yes, on U.S. orders over $69. Standard shipping generally runs 8 to 12 business days, with a faster paid priority option available for those who don't want to wait.
Can I combine a Soufeel promo code with the buy more save more discount?
Generally not with another code, since Soufeel allows one promo code per order, but the automatic discount for buying two or more items applies at checkout without a code and can be a better deal than a single item plus a smaller percentage code.
