Shipping policy

Customers can avail PetFlow free shipping on order of $49 or more for orders in the U.S. Customers who opt for Auto-Ship service also qualify for free shipping.

Orders under $49 are charged flat rate shipping charges of $5.95. Non-prescription orders take around 1-3 business days to get delivered. Non-food items may take 5-10 business days for delivery. The company will take two additional days for prescription orders to verify it with your veterinarian.

Return Policy

The company accepts returns for the items purchased but deducts shipping charges form the refund amount. Customers will be responsible to send back items of value less than $10.

The company does not accept returns for opened products and any medications or prescription foods as per pharmaceutical regulations.

The return shipping fees deduction depends upon the retail price of the item being returned. The following shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount:
