Frequently Asked Questions
What does the satisfaction guarantee actually cover?
If you're not completely satisfied with a Nature's MACE animal repellent, the company will refund the purchase price or replace the product at no charge, limited to one item per person, customer, or address. Nature's MACE isn't responsible for damage from improper use, since coverage is limited to a refund or replacement of the product itself.
Is there a fee for commercial returns?
Yes, commercial returns carry a 35 percent restocking fee, which is worth knowing if you're purchasing repellents in bulk for a business or professional landscaping use rather than personal residential use.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, orders over $99 typically ship free, and orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern generally ship the next business day.
Is there a discount for military members?
Yes, Nature's MACE provides a standing discount to verified military members through Veterans Advantage, which fits with the company's own veteran-owned background.
Is there a discount for first-time customers?
Yes, signing up for the newsletter before your first purchase typically unlocks a welcome discount, commonly around 10 percent off, and continuing to subscribe keeps you informed of ongoing promotions.
Can I combine a promo code with a bundle deal?
It depends on the specific promotion. Some codes offer an additional discount on top of already-bundled products like Deer and Rabbit combo packs, so checking a code's terms against the bundle you're considering helps determine whether they'll work together.
How does Nature's MACE handle price adjustments?
Information about a formal price adjustment policy isn't published, so if an item you bought drops in price shortly afterward, contacting customer service directly to ask is worth doing rather than assuming there's no possibility of a partial refund.
