What is the 90-day guarantee?
On your first purchase of a qualifying product, after trying it for 90 days, if the program doesn't meet expectations you can call or email within 30 days to share feedback and receive a refund of your purchase price, excluding the original shipping charge. This 90-day guarantee doesn't apply to the Pack Pak or the JumpStart Trial.
What happens on a return that isn't the first purchase?
On any purchase of a qualifying product beyond the first, an unsatisfied customer following the same procedure receives a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee, with original shipping excluded. This is a meaningful difference between the first-purchase guarantee and later orders.
Do I need authorization before returning a product?
Yes, you must call first to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and the product must be unopened, in saleable condition, purchased directly from Ruff Greens, and received back within 30 days of the original shipment. A return sent without an RMA won't be processed.
