Frequently Asked Questions
How often does Pinty release new deals and coupons?
Pinty leans more on rotating promotions than on a steady stream of public codes. Its Sales menu carries a Weekly Bundle deal, a Gunnr collaboration line and a Mystery Box collection, and coupon trackers describe new Pinty codes as less frequent than at bigger retailers. The code list on this page changes as those promotions come and go, with holiday periods the likeliest time for extra offers.
Why is my Pinty promo code not applying?
Codes shared for Pinty commonly leave out sale items and gift cards, and most can't be stacked with another code or a sitewide offer. A cart made up of discounted bundles or Final Sale clearance may leave the code nothing to discount. Expired codes and codes limited to a first order or one product line also fail at checkout.
Does Pinty have a rewards program?
Pinty Elite Rewards pays points at about 10 per dollar spent, though special events can change the rate. Points also come from following Pinty on Instagram or Facebook, joining the mailing list, writing a review, sharing a field photo, posting on Reddit or an airgun forum, setting a birthday and referring a friend. Reviews and posts are verified by email before points are added.
Does Pinty offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $30, and smaller orders pay a flat $5.45. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once the order is processed. The shipping address must match the card's billing address, and P.O. boxes are not accepted.
Does Pinty ship air rifles to every state, and is an FFL required?
Pinty delivers only to the contiguous 48 states, so Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. The help center says airguns are generally not classified as firearms under federal law, so no federal license is needed to buy one. Places like New York City, New Jersey, Chicago and parts of California restrict calibers, magazine capacity or shipping, so check local rules first.
What does Pinty's return policy cover on scopes and air rifles?
Non-defective PCP air rifles, rifle scopes and red dots can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are brand new, unopened and unused. An optic that has been mounted to a rail or a rifle that has been fueled or fired is rejected. Accessories such as pumps, bipods, mounts and targets also get 30 days, provided they are in undamaged factory packaging.
Does Pinty charge a restocking fee?
Buyer remorse returns, including ordering the wrong caliber or rail size, carry a 20% restocking fee, and the customer pays return postage. The fee is waived only when Pinty support confirms a manufacturing defect, which brings a prepaid label plus a replacement or full refund. Nothing should ship back without an RMA number written on the outside of the box, or it gets refused and discarded.
Can I return items from a Pinty bundle or clearance sale?
Promotional bundle items, custom orders and clearance marked Final Sale are excluded from returns and refunds. The Weekly Bundle and Mystery Box collections sit in the Sales menu, so read the product page terms before treating one as a low risk way to save.
