Frequently Asked Questions
Can a TEMPTU PRO coupon be combined with Auto Replenishment savings?
Auto Replenishment is a recurring order program with its own pricing structure, and it's worth checking whether an additional promotional code applies on top of that recurring rate or only to a standalone purchase.
What is TEMPTU PRO's return window?
Products can be returned within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost.
Do I need authorization before returning a TEMPTU PRO order?
Yes, contacting Customer Care to obtain a return authorization number is required before sending anything back, and that number needs to be included on the outside of the return shipment.
How long is the warranty on a TEMPTU airbrush system?
Every TEMPTU Airbrush System comes with a one-year warranty covering the equipment itself.
Is shipping free at TEMPTU PRO?
Free ground shipping applies to domestic orders over $50. Orders under $50 and any expedited shipping option are charged variable rates based on the contents of the shipment.
Does TEMPTU PRO ship internationally?
No, orders are only accepted for billing and shipping within the United States and Canada, including APO/FPO addresses and US territories. International shipping outside that isn't currently available.
Does TEMPTU PRO offer financing?
Yes, Affirm financing is available at checkout, letting a larger purchase like a full airbrush system be paid off over time rather than all at once.
Are shipping fees refunded on a TEMPTU PRO order?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of whether the return is for a standard product or occurs under the money-back guarantee.
