Does Tommy Bahama offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $150 or more, pretax and after discounts, ship free via FedEx Ground within the continental US, with standard 2-day air to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders under that ship for a fee unless a separate promotion is running.
Can I return Tommy Bahama swimwear?
Yes, within the standard 45-day window, but only if all original tags and the hygienic liner are still attached. Remove the liner and the suit is no longer eligible for return
How do the Flipside award events work?
During select periods, spending a set amount in a single transaction earns a dollar-value Award you can redeem later toward a separate minimum purchase. It's a limited-time event rather than an always-on rewards program, so the earning and redemption windows change each time it runs.
Where do I enter a code at checkout?
On the Bag page, look for the Promo Code or Gift Card field above the payment section. Enter the code and click apply to see the discount reflected in your total before you check out.
Can I combine more than one code?
No. Tommy Bahama's promotional terms state offers cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, so only one code or promotion applies per order.
Can I return something bought at a Tommy Bahama Outlet?
No refunds or store credit at outlet stores; all outlet sales are final. Unworn, unwashed items with tags and the original receipt can be exchanged for equal or greater value within 30 days, though swimwear cannot be exchanged at outlet.
Do Tommy Bahama gift cards expire?
No. Gift cards and eGift cards never expire and have no fees, though they can't be used toward tommybahamafurniture.com or Tommy Bahama Resorts.
Is there any tommy bahama $50 off $100 code available?
The $50 off $100 offer is real, but it's not a public code — it's a welcome offer you get by signing up.
How to get it: Sign up for the Tommy Bahama email list at tommybahama.com. Their welcome email typically sends a $50 off $100+ promo code, valid both in stores and online, usually with free shipping included.
