Frequently Asked Questions
Does Unlocator offer a free trial?
New customers can start a 7 day free trial of the VPN and Smart DNS package. The checkout labels the trial period as no charge and lists the amount due when it ends, so cancel before that date if you do not want to continue.
What does the 30 day money back guarantee cover?
Every subscription is covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. Contact support within 30 days of buying to request a refund.
Does an Unlocator subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Signing up includes agreeing to auto renewal, and Unlocator says it will notify you before a renewal so the charge is not a surprise. Cancel at any time from your account settings.
Which billing terms does Unlocator offer?
Plans are monthly, every 6 months, yearly, and every 2 years. The savings displayed are measured against paying month to month.
How many devices can I use with Unlocator?
Smart DNS can be used on unlimited devices. The VPN bundle allows up to five simultaneous VPN connections, and apps are offered for iOS, Mac, Windows, Android, Amazon Fire, and Vision Pro.
Do I need the VPN package to stream?
Smart DNS alone covers streaming on TVs, consoles, and other devices with no app. The plan page says to choose the VPN package if you want privacy protection. Unlocator Hybrid combines both services.
Where do I enter an Unlocator coupon code?
A coupon box appears on the plan selection screen and again in the billing step. Codes are entered before payment is confirmed, and some offers are limited to new customers.
How often does Unlocator release new deals and coupons?
The biggest built-in discounts come from longer billing terms, and codes are added through the checkout field. This page shifts as codes are found and expire.
