Frequently Asked Questions
What's Walabot's return policy?
Purchases made directly through Walabot.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Devices bought from third-party retailers (like Amazon or B&H Photo) aren't eligible for a Walabot-direct return or refund.
How do I start a return?
Email Walabot's support team, who will review the request and send a printable RMA label. Once you mail the repackaged unit back, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days of Walabot receiving it.
Does Walabot come with a warranty?
Yes — all Walabot devices include a standard 6-month warranty against defects. Extended coverage (an additional 6 or 12 months) can be purchased through the Walabot app.
Does international shipping cost extra?
International orders may be subject to additional VAT, customs duties, and local taxes on arrival, which aren't included in the checkout price.
Is bulk or education pricing available?
Yes — Walabot offers special pricing for bulk orders over 10 units, as well as pricing requests for universities and educational institutions.
