Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Wine Awesomeness membership work?
Members choose a 3-bottle or 6-bottle plan and pick red, white, or a mix; the wines rotate around a new region or theme each month. You're only billed when a case actually ships, so a canceled or skipped month costs nothing.
Can I skip or change my Wine Awesomeness shipment?
Yes, subscribers can skip a month, switch between red, white, or mixed, or cancel entirely from their online account. Since wines are ordered on members' behalf ahead of time, changes need to go in before the next shipping cycle to take effect.
Does Wine Awesomeness ship to my state?
Wine Awesomeness ships to most states but not all of them, since direct-to-consumer wine shipping is governed state by state. An adult signature is required on delivery, and the carrier can't leave a box unattended.
Can I combine a Wine Awesomeness coupon with a new membership deal?
Coupon codes for Wine Awesomeness typically apply to a first box or a specific featured wine promotion rather than stacking on top of an already-discounted plan. Check the fine print on the code before checkout, since some are one-time use for new members only.
What happens if a bottle arrives bad?
If a bottle is corked, oxidized, or otherwise faulty, members can request a credit, though it isn't offered simply for disliking a selection. It has to be reported within a set window of receiving the case.
How often does Wine Awesomeness change its lineup?
The lineup changes every month around a new theme, whether that's a wine region, a style, or a seasonal pairing idea, so the coupon codes and featured deals on this page shift along with it.
