Frequently Asked Questions
What is Agent Provocateur's return policy?
Agent Provocateur allows returns of full-priced items within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return.
Are underwear and hosiery returnable at Agent Provocateur?
Underwear, swimwear bottoms, and hosiery can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact, and opened packs of hosiery are not accepted for returns under any circumstances. Briefs should be tried on over your own personal lingerie to preserve return eligibility.
Is return shipping free at Agent Provocateur?
Yes, returns are free for customers in the US, UK, and Australia, and a prepaid return label is issued once a return request is made within the 28-day window.
How do I start a return with Agent Provocateur?
Returns must be logged through the brand's return portal, and all items need to be pre-registered before shipping anything back. Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single return, so each order needs to be processed separately.
Does Agent Provocateur offer free shipping on standard orders?
Agent Provocateur does not typically offer free shipping by default, with US standard delivery commonly priced around $25 and express delivery higher, though free shipping has been available during promotions or on orders over a set threshold, often $150 or more.
Does Agent Provocateur offer a discount for signing up for the newsletter?
Yes, subscribing to the Agent Provocateur email list has offered new subscribers a discount on their next order, making it a straightforward way to save before an initial purchase.
Can I combine a promo code with the Sale section at Agent Provocateur?
No, promo codes generally cannot be combined with other offers, and applying a sitewide code to items already in the Sale section typically will not provide any additional savings, since discounted items are excluded from the standard return and promotion terms.
