Frequently Asked Questions
Does Cosabella offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on continental U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders under that amount ship for a flat $8, and expedited options run $18 for two day delivery or $35 for next day if the order is placed before noon Eastern.
Will I be charged a fee if I return something for a refund?
Yes. Cosabella deducts a $7 return fee from refunds issued to the original payment method. Choosing store credit or an exchange instead avoids that fee entirely, and the first exchange or return on an order also comes with a prepaid label.
Can I return items bought during a sale?
It depends on the markdown. Garments discounted less than 50% can be exchanged but not refunded, while anything marked 50% off or more is final sale with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
How long do I have to send something back?
Thirty days from the delivery date for most orders. That window stretches to six weeks for anything bought between Thanksgiving and Christmas, which covers most holiday gift purchases.
Are panties and bodysuits returnable?
Full price panties can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, never refunded, and they have to be tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons. Panties that don't meet that condition get refused on return.
Does Cosabella have a discount for military members or first responders?
Cosabella runs a Heroes program for verified military members and first responders through ID.me at checkout. Like most verified discounts, it generally can't be combined with other promo codes.
When does Cosabella typically run its biggest sales?
The brand holds semi-annual sales in January and July with markdowns in the 30 to 50% range, plus Black Friday and Cyber Monday events. New subscribers to the email list also tend to get a one time discount code on their first order.
What happens if my order comes from outside the continental U.S.?
International orders carry their own return fees, $15 for the EU and $35 outside it, and all sale items purchased internationally are final sale with no exchanges. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship under standard U.S. rates but at a flat $15 regardless of order size.
