Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a Maidenform order?
You have 45 days from your purchase date to send back unused items for a refund. Returns are free for online orders shipped to a US address, and your refund goes to your original payment method once the return is processed.
Does Maidenform offer exchanges?
No, Maidenform does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, you return the original item through the standard return process and place a new order separately.
How do I get free shipping at Maidenform?
Free shipping is available in a few ways, including ordering two or more bras in a single purchase or joining Maidenform Rewards, which gives members free shipping regardless of order size. Outside of those paths, standard shipping is a flat rate, with faster second day and next business day options available for an added fee.
What does Maidenform Rewards include?
Rewards is a free program that gives members a discount just for signing up, along with free shipping, free returns, a birthday perk, and early access to new styles. Since it costs nothing to join, signing up before your first order lets you use the welcome discount immediately.
Can I combine a Maidenform promo code with a sale?
Only one discount code can be used per order, and if a sitewide sale is already active, some codes may be blocked from stacking on top of it. Check the terms on your specific code to see whether it applies during an active promotion.
Are original shipping fees refunded if I return an item?
Generally no. Shipping fees are only refunded if the item you received was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. If you are returning something simply because it did not fit or you changed your mind, the original shipping charge is not included in your refund.
Does Maidenform offer discounts for military, first responders, or teachers?
Yes, Maidenform provides a standing discount to verified students, military members, and first responders through a third party verification service. Teachers have also been offered a separate discount in the past, so it is worth checking current eligibility on the site before assuming a specific group qualifies.
Can I return Maidenform items in person?
Yes, if you live near a Hanes branded outlet store, you can bring your Maidenform return there instead of mailing it back. This can be faster than waiting on mail processing if a location is nearby.
Is there a time limit to cancel or change a Maidenform order after placing it?
Yes, you have a short window right after placing your order to cancel or make changes online before it moves into processing. Once that window closes, you need to contact customer service directly for help, so it pays to double check your order immediately after submitting it.
Does Maidenform ship internationally?
No, Maidenform generally ships within the United States and select territories rather than internationally. If you are shopping from outside the US, you may need to look at a retailer that carries Maidenform products with international shipping instead.
