Frequently Asked Questions
What is Hanky Panky's return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. A $10 shipping fee is deducted from that refund to cover the return label, rising to $14 for returns coming from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, and sale items, multi packs, and rolled thongs are final sale.
What is the Comfort Guarantee, and which items does it cover?
First time customers who buy specific lace thong styles, including the Signature Lace, Daily Lace, or Retro Lace thongs, can contact customer service within 30 days of purchase if the fit does not live up to expectations. Hanky Panky will send a free replacement panty of equal or lesser value rather than processing a refund.
Does Hanky Panky offer free shipping?
Orders ship free at $75 and up within the US. Panky Points rewards members get free US shipping on every order with no minimum required, which makes joining worthwhile even for a single small item.
How does the Panky Points rewards program work?
Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent, and 250 points converts to a $25 reward toward a future order, working out to roughly 10% back over time. Membership is free, limited to US residents age 16 or older, and also includes free shipping on every order regardless of size.
Is there a referral discount at Hanky Panky?
The Give $15, Get $15 program gives a friend $15 off their first qualifying order of $50 or more, and the referring member receives a $15 reward once that order is completed.
Can I return an item bought from a retailer other than hankypanky.com?
No. Items purchased through another retailer have to be returned to that retailer directly, since Hanky Panky's own return policy only applies to orders placed on hankypanky.com.
Does signing up for emails get me a discount on my first order?
New email subscribers are typically offered a percentage off their first order, delivered as a code sent to their inbox after signing up, which is worth doing before placing a first order rather than after.
When does Hanky Panky run its biggest sales?
Sitewide promotions and seasonal sales, including a recurring clearance section, run throughout the year, and the return window is often extended during the holiday season for anything bought as a gift.
