Frequently Asked Questions
How does Albee Baby's price match work?
Albee Baby will match a published online or printed price from a competitor, but not a verbal offer, and price match requests are reviewed individually rather than automatically approved. Price matches can't be combined with other promotions or discounts, so it's an either-or choice at checkout.
Can I get a price match after I've already ordered?
Requests should ideally be submitted before purchase, but if you've already placed the order, reaching out to customer service directly is still worth trying, since they note they'll do their best to help after the fact.
What's the return window, and who pays for return shipping?
Merchandise can be returned within 60 days of receipt in original packaging with all manuals and registration cards. Albee Baby doesn't cover return shipping costs unless you purchased return coverage at checkout, which bundles in a prepaid label.
Are there items that can't be returned at all?
Yes. Feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, and potty seats can't be returned once opened, and furniture returns carry a 30% restocking fee unless the product page states otherwise.
How does the Albee Rewards program work?
Members earn up to 20% back in points on qualifying full-price gear, which can be redeemed for cash toward a future purchase. Sale items, promo items, furniture, certain brands, and anything under $99 don't qualify for points, so the reward applies mainly to full-price core gear like strollers and car seats.
Who qualifies for the Hero discount, and how much does it save?
Military members and veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers can verify eligibility to unlock up to 20% off plus free shipping on qualifying orders of $99 or more. It can't be combined with other promotions, coupons, price matches, or rewards points, and purchases made with it don't earn additional rewards points.
Does Albee Baby offer free shipping?
Orders over $99 ship free within the 48 contiguous states; orders below that pay a flat $4.99 shipping fee. Albee Baby doesn't ship outside the lower 48 states.
Is there a discount for setting up a baby registry?
Yes, completing a registry through Albee Baby can unlock a discount on qualifying full-price items along with extra rewards points, on top of the standard registry perks of returns and gifting convenience.
