Frequently Asked Questions
What is Colugo's return policy if I ordered with a discount code?
Colugo offers a 30 day, no questions asked return window from the delivery date. The item needs to come back in as new condition, in its original box with manuals and packaging, to qualify for a full refund of the amount actually paid.
Does Colugo charge a restocking fee on returns?
Only if the item isn't in its original box and packaging, or was used outside the home. The fee is $20 for the Compact Stroller, $30 for The One Stroller, and $10 for other items. Shipping costs are non-refundable either way.
Does Colugo offer a military or teacher discount?
Colugo offers a discount to verified teachers, military personnel, first responders, and healthcare workers through ID.me verification at checkout, typically applying to one order and not combining with other promo codes.
How long is the Colugo warranty?
Strollers and baby carriers carry a two year warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the delivery date. Smaller accessories like the Compact Infant Kit, Carrier Cozy, Diaper Tote, and Cool Seat carry a one year warranty. Coverage applies only to U.S. and Canada orders placed directly through Colugo.com.
Can I combine a Colugo discount code with a bundle?
Colugo sells bundles, like a stroller paired with the infant kit, at a set bundle price, usually treated as its own promotion rather than something a separate code stacks on top of. Bundles and limited edition prints are commonly excluded from sitewide codes.
Does buying from Amazon or a retailer other than Colugo.com affect my return?
Yes. Purchases made through a third party retailer need to be returned to that retailer directly, and Colugo's satisfaction guarantee and warranty terms are specific to purchases made on Colugo.com.
How often does Colugo release new promo codes?
New codes tend to appear around major sale periods like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, plus smaller seasonal pushes around Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Is there a Colugo loyalty or referral program?
Colugo runs a refer a friend program where both the referrer and the new customer typically receive a discount once the referred purchase goes through.
