Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an item?
Eligible products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt, though final sale items, custom-sized rugs, and fabric sold by the yard cannot be returned at all.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping fees are deducted from your refund, and items returned outside their original packaging may incur an additional 15 percent restocking fee, so keeping packaging intact until you're sure about a piece is worth doing.
Is shipping really free with no minimum?
Yes, standard shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous US and Canada with no minimum purchase required, though large rugs and select furniture ship via a White Glove service calculated separately at checkout, and Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require paid shipping.
Is there a discount for interior designers?
Yes, the Trade Program offers qualified interior designers, architects, and design professionals trade pricing, early preview of new arrivals, and dedicated client support, which is worth applying for if you work in the field.
Is there a discount for first-time customers?
Yes, new subscribers to email and SMS can typically get around 15 to 20 percent off eligible full-priced merchandise, though designer collaborations may be excluded and the offer can't be combined with other coupons.
Can I combine a promo code with a sale?
Generally no, discount levels vary by product, and codes typically can't be combined with other coupons, designer pricing, or member rewards, so comparing an active sale against a separate code helps determine which saves more.
When does Annie Selke run its biggest sales?
Memorial Day in late May and Black Friday in late November are the two major annual sales events, with discounts reaching up to 70 percent off premium rugs, bedding, and home accessories during those windows.
