Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. A $12 restocking fee is deducted from refunds issued to the original payment method, though that fee is waived for refunds issued as store credit.
Are final sale items returnable?
No. Anything marked with a red price under the Sale tab is final sale, and no returns or exchanges are accepted on those items under any circumstances.
Can I use a discount code and still return the item?
Yes, as long as the item isn't marked final sale. Discounted items keep their discounted price through the first even exchange for size or color, but any exchange beyond that, or any exchange not for size or color, won't retain the original discount.
