Frequently Asked Questions
Does Bagsmart offer a discount for first time customers?
New shoppers can typically get around 10% off their first order by signing up for the Bagsmart email list, with the code sent to the inbox used at signup.
What is Bagsmart's free shipping minimum?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders below that amount are charged a flat shipping fee, so combining a packing cube set with a smaller accessory can clear the threshold.
What is Bagsmart's return policy?
Bagsmart accepts returns on unused items in original packaging, with all tags and any included accessories or free gifts returned as well. If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
Can I return a Bagsmart item if I already used it?
No. Returned items cannot show signs of use, wear, scuffing, or alteration, and any items left inside a bag or organizer may cause the return to be rejected, so it is worth testing an item briefly rather than packing it for a full trip before deciding.
Does a Bagsmart coupon code work on sale or bundle items?
Some codes exclude items already on sale or sold as part of a bundle, so it is worth checking the code's terms if a cart includes a discounted packing set rather than individually priced items.
How long does a Bagsmart refund take once a return is approved?
Once a returned item is received, Bagsmart typically takes a few business days to inspect it and then seven to fourteen business days to process the refund to the original payment method.
Does Bagsmart offer a discount for military members?
Bagsmart does not run a standing military discount program, though sitewide codes on this page apply to any shopper regardless of occupation.
How often does Bagsmart add new coupon codes?
Bagsmart cycles through new codes fairly often and adds deeper markdowns during seasonal sales like Black Friday and back to school, so the offers on this page rotate more frequently than at a typical retailer.
Can I combine a Bagsmart percentage off code with free shipping?
Sitewide free shipping on orders over $50 generally applies alongside a percentage off code, since one affects the shipping line and the other affects the product total, though it is worth confirming at checkout that both discounts appear.
What if my Bagsmart order arrives with an item I didn't order?
Contact Bagsmart customer service with the order number and a photo of what arrived so they can arrange a correction, since an error on their end is typically not subject to the standard return shipping cost.
