Can I get a birthday discount from Bando?
Friend Zone members receive a discount code by email on their birthday. The code expires one month after it is sent and cannot be combined with other coupon codes. Add your birthday when you create the account so it triggers.
How does Bando's refer a friend offer work?
You send a friend $10 off an order of $20 or more. When they place an order, you get $10 off an order of $20 or more too. Both offers carry that $20 minimum, so plan the order around it.
What order total earns free shipping at Bando?
Contiguous US orders of $75 or more ship free, and smaller orders pay $6.95. Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 days, and faster UPS options are offered at checkout. Bando does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Can a Bando order be changed or canceled after checkout?
No. Bando cannot change or cancel an order once it is placed and is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Orders placed after 7 am Central on Friday process the following Monday, so apply any promo code before you pay.
What is Bando's return policy?
Returns can be started within 30 days of delivery through the Returns Center, with items in original condition and with packaging and tags attached. A $5.95 fee comes off each refund. Free gifts, promotional items with retail value and anything marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long do Bando refunds take?
Processing takes roughly 7 to 14 business days after Bando receives the return, and the refund then needs 3 to 5 business days to reach the original payment method. Points redeemed on a returned item go back to your account, while points earned on it are deducted.
Does Bando ship to the EU or other countries?
Bando is not shipping to countries in the EU at this time. Other international options and rates show at checkout, and customers pay any customs fees and duties. Free shipping applies only within the contiguous US.
Why would a Bando code be rejected at checkout?
Sitewide codes often carry a minimum spend, like the $50 requirement on the current $15 off offer, and birthday codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes. Codes sent by email are often good for a single use, and sale codes stop working when the event closes. Try the code in the cart before paying to see whether the total changes.
