Frequently Asked Questions
How does BeltBro's free shipping work?
Orders of two or more items ship free. A single item pays $4.90 within the United States, according to the store's FAQ.
What does BeltBro's buy one get one free deal include?
Each pack holds one small, one medium and one large piece for one side of the pants. The second pack, which is free, covers the other side.
What is BeltBro's return policy?
The store offers a 30 day money back guarantee. The refund includes the original shipping cost, but you pay to send the belts back to the Naples, Florida address, and the order number, name and address should be written on the package.
Does the BeltBro "5-dollars-off" code still work?
The store's own FAQ mentions the code 5-dollars-off in connection with the Snap, and coupon pages list it as a $5 sitewide code. Try it in the cart, because a code printed on one page can lapse without notice.
Which BeltBro fits my belt loops?
The Original is designed for a women's 1 inch belt loop, and for more support along the waist the store points to the Snap. Since the customer pays return postage, checking the loop width first costs less than swapping later.
How fast does BeltBro ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:30 pm Eastern, or Saturday before 11 am, go out the same day by USPS First Class from Naples, with delivery typically in 3 to 5 days. If tracking says delivered and the package is not in the mailbox, the store advises waiting 1 to 2 days and then emailing support.
Why is my BeltBro coupon not working?
BeltBro sells through beltbro.com and a Shopify store at store.beltbro.com, and the company asks shoppers to order through the store, so start there. Trackers describe codes as first purchase only or tied to particular items such as the Titan or the Snap, so test the code on a matching product.
How often does BeltBro release new deals and coupons?
Tracker archives show Black Friday runs with up to 56% off, along with rotating item specific percent codes and the standing $5 code. Buy one get one and free shipping at two items are always on, so the codes are the part that turns over.
