Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a shopper have to return an item to Berlook?
Return and exchange requests need to be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Once a return is approved, the item needs to be shipped back within seven days along with tracking information.
What condition do returns need to be in at Berlook?
Items must come back unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and original tags still attached. Swimwear showing signs of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar marks may be declined, so it helps to try pieces on over other clothing until the fit is confirmed.
Is return shipping free at Berlook?
No, Berlook does not currently provide prepaid return labels, so the cost of shipping an item back falls on the customer.
Are all Berlook purchases eligible for return?
No. Items marked Final Sale, orders paid for with a gift card or store credit, and orders placed under certain steep promotions, such as a "Spend $200, Save $100" deal, are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long does a Berlook refund take to process?
Once a returned item reaches the warehouse and is checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method, which can take up to 14 business days from the day the return is received.
Can a Berlook order be canceled after it ships?
No, orders cannot be canceled once they've been processed and shipped from the warehouse. Berlook also isn't responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address or a refused shipment, so double checking order details before submitting matters.
Can more than one discount code be used on a Berlook order?
No, Berlook does not support stacking codes, so it's worth comparing a percentage off code against a dollar amount off deal or a free shipping offer to see which gives the better overall discount for that cart.
Does Berlook have a recycling program for old swimwear?
Yes, Berlook offers a program letting customers send back used swimwear for responsible recycling, which is separate from the standard return and exchange process for new purchases.
