How long do I have to return a Black Halo order?
Returns must be started and received at the Los Angeles warehouse within 14 days of delivery. Items need their original tags, packaging and hangers, and the branded security ribbon has to still be attached. Anything marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

A $10 restocking fee is deducted from refunds sent back to your original payment method. Store credit and exchanges skip that fee entirely, and choosing store credit adds a $50 bonus on top of the credit issued.
