Frequently Asked Questions
Does Bubbsi offer a discount on a first order?
Yes. New customers get 15 percent off by joining the email list, and the site banner has also advertised 15 percent off sitewide for new customers with a September themed code. The offer is meant for first orders only, so enter it at checkout on the starter set.
How much does a Bubbsi subscription save?
Subscribe and Save takes 15 percent off every order and includes free shipping, with deliveries every 3, 6 or 9 months. Buying more refills in one order adds $10 off for two, $15 for three and $20 for four, and Bubbsi puts the top saving at up to $40. You can skip, pause, change or cancel from your account.
What does Bubbsi charge for shipping?
Orders of $59 or more ship free, and refills and subscription orders also qualify for free shipping. Smaller orders pay a $5.99 flat rate, and expedited options to the contiguous 48 states appear at checkout. Bubbsi delivers to all 50 states but not overseas.
How fast does Bubbsi ship an order?
Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days, and transit typically takes 2 to 8 days unless you choose expedited shipping. Shipping Protection is an optional add on that covers lost, stolen or damaged packages, with claims due within 30 days of delivery. The protection fee is nonrefundable once the order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel a Bubbsi order after I place it?
No. Orders go to the warehouse immediately, so changes and cancellations are not possible once an order is submitted. A discount code has to be in the cart before payment. If the address was entered wrong, Bubbsi cannot refund or replace an order that never arrives, though the team will try to help.
What is Bubbsi's 30 day happiness guarantee?
Customers who are unhappy with a starter set can email hello@lovebubbsi.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund, including in the rare case of a skin reaction. The refund policy page also describes returning unused product for a refund minus return shipping. Shipping charges are not part of the refund.
How far does a Bubbsi refill stretch?
One refill fills a starter bottle four times, or the balm jar three times, which Bubbsi says is roughly a year of use. The body cream refill works out to 320 uses at under 16 cents each on a subscription, by the brand's own math. Starter bottles alone last about 2 to 3 months.
Does Bubbsi ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. Bubbsi currently delivers to all 50 states and says it hopes to ship overseas soon.
How often does Bubbsi release new deals and coupons?
Bubbsi keeps a rolling new customer offer running, and the code changes with the season, as the current September themed code shows. One coupon tracker counts about two codes a month on average over the past year. Codes here are refreshed as the offers change.
